ALÉA UNI ships to the destinations available at checkout. Available delivery methods, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown before payment and form part of your order.

Retail shipping rates

Italy: €7. Free shipping on orders of €100 or more.

European Union: €10. Free shipping on orders of €150 or more.

Norway: €25. Free shipping on orders of €150 or more.

Kazakhstan: €20. No free-shipping threshold applies.

Other international destinations available at checkout: €20. Free shipping on orders of €150 or more.

Order processing

Orders are prepared on business days, excluding Italian public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after the order confirmation email.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control. If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you using the details provided with the order.

Duties and taxes

For destinations within the European Union, applicable VAT is included where required. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes and customs handling fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless expressly shown as included at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery address

Please review the delivery address before completing your order. Contact sales@aleauni.it as soon as possible if a correction is required. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has started.

Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries

Please inspect the parcel on arrival. If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact sales@aleauni.it promptly with your order number and photographs where relevant, so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Returns

Returns and withdrawals are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Do not send a return without first submitting a return request through your customer account or contacting sales@aleauni.it.
