Refund policy

Returns and right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you, receives the last item in the order. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

To request a return, use the return request option in your customer account at account.aleauni.it or contact sales@aleauni.it before sending the item. We will provide the return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without a prior request may not be processed.

Return conditions

You may inspect the garment as you would in a store. It must be returned unworn beyond what is necessary for inspection, unwashed, with its original tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the garment’s nature, characteristics and fit.

Return shipping

For a voluntary withdrawal or change of mind, the customer bears the direct cost and risk of returning the item. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or different from the item ordered, ALÉA UNI will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation through your customer account or by contacting sales@aleauni.it while the order remains unfulfilled. If fulfilment has already started, the order may need to be delivered and returned under the withdrawal procedure above.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received for the returned item, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. Additional costs for an express or upgraded delivery method are not refundable. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to garments made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, where applicable. Sale or promotional items remain covered by statutory consumer rights unless a specific legal exception applies. Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

Faulty goods and legal guarantee

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact sales@aleauni.it promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Your rights under the applicable legal guarantee of conformity are not affected by this policy.
