• Europe — €15.00 — complimentary shipping on orders over €300.00

Orders are delivered within approximately 2-3 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or holiday seasons.

If you wish to change your order, please send an email to sales@aleauni.it. Our team will review your request and determine what modifications can still be accommodated. We strive to assist you as much as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details. Tracking information may take a few hours to become active after dispatch.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

To request a return, please contact us at sales@aleauni.it with your order number and IBAN for the refund.

The return package must include the order sheet and bank details to allow the return to be processed.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

• You may choose to arrange the return shipment independently using a delivery service of your choice. We kindly ask you to share the tracking information once available.
• Alternatively, we can assist with arranging the return shipment upon request. Any related shipping costs will be deducted from the refund once the return has been received and approved.
